State of Florida } This Indenture made the 27th day of September
Alachua County   } in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty three between Caroline Dukes and
her Husband John W. Dukes who Joins with her in the execution of
the within of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first
part and W.L. Jackson merchant of the Town of Archer
County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the Second part
Witnesseth: that the said party of the first part in consider=
ation of the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($15000} to
them duly paid before the delivery hereof has bargained and sold
and by these presents does grant and convey to the said
party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever South-west corner of SW 1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 8 Township
18 East with lines running 13.33 1/8 chains and East Ten Chains
