I Lewis H. Dixon being indebted to Wm H. Traxler of Alachua
County Florida in the Sum of ($85) Eighty five dollars the
said sum being the purchase money for a certain bay
filley named forty sold by the said Traxler to me
Now to secure the said amount I hereby Bargain and
sell unto the said Wm H. Traxler his heirs and assigns
forever Now to secure the said amount I hereby Bargain and
sell unto the said Wm H. Traxler his heirs and assigns
forever The above named bay filley and one other bay
filley named May and now owned by me. To have and
to hold the above described property unto the said
Wm H. Traxler his heirs and assigns forever Provided
however that if my heirs or assigns shall and do
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
Wm H. Traxler his heirs or assigns by the first day of
