John J. Hardenbergh To Rachel Hardenberg
                 "Motgage"
This Indenture made this Seventh day of August
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Eighty Three between John J. Hardenberg of the
town of Wawarsing in the County of Ulster and State
of New York of the first part and Rachel Hardenberg
of the same place of the Second part. Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part in Consideration
of the sum of Five hundred dollars to him in
hand paid by the said party of the Second part
has sold and by these presents does grant and
Convey to the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns all that tract of land described
as follows to wit: Lot number one of Section Thirty
one Township Ten South of Range Twenty Two
East lying and being in said State of Florida
in the County of Alachua and Containing Fifty
Three acres and 83/100 according to the United States
Survey being the land Conveyed Silas B. Adkins
by U.S. Patent No 1723 and dated the first day
of May AD 1855 and for the Consideration aforesaid
I do also further sell assign transfer and set over
to the said Rachel Hardenbergh all my farming title
& rite on said premises and my horse wagon and
harness being together with ploughs rakes hoes &C
