Alachua County   } Whereas W.L. Finger & Sue F. Finger
his wife of the County of Alachua & State of Florida
being justly indebted to John C. Frazier of the County
and State aforesaid in the Sum of One hundred and
fifty dollars which said Sum of money is Covenanted
to be paid by one Certain promissory note bearing on
even date herewith one for the sum of one hundred
and fifty dollars payable twelve months from
date bearing 10 per Cent Int from date until paid
And Whereas I being desirous of fully and better
securing the payment of said note and the Sum of
money mentioned therein.
Therefore know all men by these presents That we W.L.
Finger and Sue Finger for and in Consideration of the
premises and of the sum of one dollar to us in hand
paid have granted bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto the said
John C. Frazier his heirs and assigns all the fol-
lowing described piece parcel or tract of land to wit:
Commencing at a stake on the Section line Sixty feet
West of the Center of the Florida RRd track and
about five chains West of the Section Corner thence
West two hundred and Sixty Seven feet to a stake
thence South two hundred feet to a stake thence East
one hundred and forty feet to a stake and thence
two hundred and thirty Eight feet along the Rail
Road limit to the place of Commencement Con-
taining one acre more or less all in Section 4
Township Ten Range 20E. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenan-
ces thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the Same
unto the Said John C. Frazier in fee simple abso-
lute forever. Provided however and these presents
