are upon this express consideration that if the
said W.L. Finger and Sue F. Finger or their heirs or assigns
Shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum
of money Covenanted to be paid by said note together
with the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal
tenor thereof then this obligation shall become null
and void else to remain in full force and virtue. And
it is hereby further agreed and Stipulated that the
Said W.L. Finger and Sue F. Finger will pay all expenses
Costs and attorneys fees which the said John C. Frazier
may be put to in enforcing the Collection of the afore-
said Sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
by foreclosure or otherwise.

day of October AD 1883 before me personally appeared
Mrs Sue F. Finger wife of W.L. Finger the grantor in
the foregoing Conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her said hus-
band says and acknowledges before me that that she did
sign the said Conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of dower
in and to the land in said Conveyance described and that
said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done
and made by her voluntarily and without any Compul- 
sion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from he said
