granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
G.D. Younglove & Son his heirs and assigns all the
following described personal Property being in the
County of Alachua State of Florida to wit: One
Sorrel mare and Colt and one Buck Board
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To have and hold the same
unto the said G.D. Younglove and son his heirs
and assigns forever. Provided however and these presents
are upon this express condition that if the said
E.A. Hawkins his heirs or assigns shall well and
truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of money cov-
enanted to be paid by said note together with the
interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor
and effect thereof then this obligation shall become
null and void otherwise to remain in full force
and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated
that the said E.A. Hawkins his heirs or assigns
will pay all Costs expenses and attorneys fees which
the said G.D. Younglove & Son may be put to in
enforcing the Collection of the aforesaid Sum
of money Covenanted to be paid by said note by
foreclosure or otherwise. In Witness whereof I 
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
on this 6th day of October 1883
