the 18th day of October AD 1883 before me personally Came
Mrs Sarah E. Holder wife of William D. Holder the
grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband says and acknowledges before
me that she did sign the said mortgage for the
purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing
all of her Dower or right of Dower in and to the land
in said mortgage and relinquishing her property right
or interest into the personal property mortgaged
and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made freely and voluntarily
and without any Compulsion Constraint apprehen-
sion or fear from her said husband

and Eighty three Between John B. Ley and Mary E. Ley
his wife of Duval County Florida parties of the first

of the first part are justly indebted to the said
