until the debt hereby Secured with interest is fully
paid; also the following described property to wit: To have
and to hold all and singular the crops lands and
personal property above bargained and sold unto
the said S.R. Barnes her heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever; Provided nevertheless that if the
said Emanuel Johnson shall well and truly pay or
Cause to be paid unto the said S.R. Barnes the full
amount of the advances heretofore made and hereafter
to be made with the Charges for Commissions and in-
terest on the same then this obligation to be void
else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is
hereby further agreed that al amounts heretofore and
hereafter advanced are due and payable upon delivery
of the goods therefor and shall bear interest accordingly
and that this instrument may be enforced at any
time at the option of the said S.R. Barnes; and it is
hereby further agreed that should it become necessary
to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said
Emanuel Johnson will pay therefor all reasonable
attorneys fees and charges. In witness whereof I have
