remise release convey and Confirm unto the said par-
ties of the second part and their heirs and assigns
forever. All these lots in the Town of Waldo Alachua
County State of Florida and known and described on
the public maps and records of the original Town of
Waldo as Lots Number one and lot Number two in
Block number Six - Lots 1 & 2 in Block 6. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof:
And also all the estate right title interest Dower and
right of Dower property possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the Same and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances:
To have and to hold the above granted and described
premises unto the said parties of the second part their
heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever. Provided Always and these pres-
ents are on this express Condition that if the said
Thomas M. Cauthen and James T. Ferguson their
heirs executors or administrators shall well and truly
pay unto the said parties of the second part their
heirs executors or administrators or assigns the said
sum of money of one thousand dollars as mentioned
in the aforesaid two promissory notes with interest ac-
cording to the true intent and meaning thereof together
with all Costs charges and expenses including reason-
able attorneys fees and commissions which the said
parties of the second part may incur or be put to
in Collecting the same by foreclosure or otherwise
and shall pay all taxes and assessments levied or
assessed on said Mortgaged premises and shall keep
the aforesaid premises insured against fire for the
amount of Fifteen hundred dollars the policy
to be in the names and for the benefits of said
parties of the second part for the payment of
said notes if burnt and shall Comply with all the
Covenants Contained in this Mortgage and pay all the
moneys secured thereby that then these presents and
the Estate hereby granted shall cease determine and
be absolutely null and void. And the said parties
of the first part for themselves and their heirs execu-
tors and administrators doth hereby promise covenant
and agree to pay to the said parties of the second
part their executors administrators or assigns
