husbands acknowledge and declare that they made
themselves a party to and executed the same for the
purpose of relinquishing all of their dower and
right of dower in and to the lands in said Convey-
ance described and granted and that they executed
the same freely and voluntarily and without any Con-
straint apprehension fear or Compulsion of or from
their said Husbands the said Thomas N. Cauthen
and James T. Ferguson. Witness my hand and seal
at Waldo Florida this third day of October AD one

The East Gainesville Florida Improvement Co and
L.L. Hill           To Robert McClellan
            Mortgage
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made and
entered into this the twelfth day of October AD
1883 between The East Gainesville Florida Im-
provement Company * and L.L. Hill and his wife
L.E. Hill the parties of the first part and Robert
McClellan the party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for and in Consideration of the sum of Ten dollars
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged as well as for the better securing
the payment of two certain promissory notes dated
respectively July 6th AD 1883 for the sum of Five
hundred dollars each payable Six and Twelve
months respectively after date with interest

For and in consideration of full pay and
satisfaction of the money secured by the within
mortgage I hereby cancel and discharge the
same from Record this July 24th 1887
