paid the sum of money Covenanted to be paid by said
note together with the interest to accrue thereon according
to the legal tenor and effect thereof thence this obligation
shall become null and void else to remain in full force
and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed and Stipulated
that the said J.H. Reitzel his heirs assigns will pay
all costs expenses and attorneys fees which the said
J.L. Crisman may be put to in enforcing the Collection
of the aforesaid Sum of money Covenanted to be paid
by said note by foreclosure or otherwise.

that on this Seventh day of August AD 1883 before
me personally appeared J.H. Reitzel and Etta A.
Reitzel his wife to me well known as the person
described in and who executed the foregoing Mort-
gage Deed and Severally acknowledged the execu-
tion thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned and that the said
Etta A. Reitzel the wife of the said J.H. Reitzel on
an examination taken and made separately and apart
from her said husband did acknowledge before me
that she made herself a party to the said Conveyance
for the purpose of Release of her dower in and to
the lands tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released and that such
release of dower is made by her freely and volunt-
arily and without Constraint apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband
