County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents
that I Lucy Bell of the town of Exeter in the
County of Rockingham and SI orderetate of New Hampshire
for and in Consideration of the Sum of One dollar
to me in hand paid at and before Sealing and
delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged as well as of other good and valuable Consid-
erations by me received do hereby grant bargain
remise Convey release and quit claim unto James
D. Bell of Hawthorn in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida all the right title interest claim
or demand whatsoever which I have acquired
in through or by a Certain mortgage bearing date
the day of ___ AD 18__ dunn in favor of said Lucy
Bell and against said James D. Bell and evidenced
in the Clerks office of said Alachua County in Book
__ at pages___to so much of the premises therein described
as are contained in the South West Quarter of the South
West Quarter of Section Twenty Two Township Ten South
Range ___ East and in the North East Quarter of
of the South East Quarter of Section Twenty Three
in said range and township still reserving and retain-
ing all my right and claim in and to that part of
said Mortgaged premises described as follows the North
West Quarter of the South West Quarter of Said Sec-
tion Twenty Two which said Mortgage was made to
secure a note of One Thousand Dollars payable
Six months after demand was made
Witness my hand and seal this 18th day of Septem-
