United States of America with interest to become
evidenced by promissory note of which the following
is a copy. 
$300000  Two years after date I promise to pay to
John T. Mizelle or order the Sum of Three Thousand
Dollars with interest from date at the rate of Ten
per cent per annum value received this 22nd day of

now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part for securing the payment of the said
moneys mentioned in the said promissory note and
moneys herein mentioned and in Consideration of
the Sum of One dollar to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged has granted bargained sold released
Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents does
grant bargain sell release Convey and Confirm unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs and
assigns forever All the following described land sit-
uate in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
Lots Number Seventy Two (72) Seventy Three (73) Seventy
Four (74) and Seventy Five (75) of the Original plat
of the town of Melrose and also Lot Number Seven
(7) in Goodsons addition to Melrose Together with all and
singular the tenements houses and improvements thereon
and thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining and
all reversions remainders homesteads rights issues and
profits thereof. And Also all the estate right title
interest property possession claim and demand what-
soever as well in law as in equity of the said party of the
first part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances: To Have and to 
hold the above granted and described premises
unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns. Provided Always and these presents
are on this express Condition that if the said party
of the first part his heirs executors or administra-
tors shall well and truly pay unto the said party
of the second part his heirs executors administrators
or assigns the said moneys according to the terms of
said promissory note and without any default in payment
of any interest or the principal when due according to the
true intent and meaning of said writing and in the mean
time shall pay all taxes legally issued on said property
before sale thereof for non payment of taxes together with all
costs charges and expenses including a reasonable allow-
ance for attorneys or solicitors services which the said
