party of the second part may incur or be put to in Collecting
the said moneys by foreclosure or suit then these presents
and the estate hereby granted shall cease determine and
be absolutely null and void And the said party of the
first part for himself and his heirs executors and ad-
ministrators does Covenant and agree to pay unto the
said party of the second part his heirs executors ad-
ministrators or assigns the said moneys with the interest
thereon to accrue said taxes costs Charges and expenses
with said attorneys or solicitors charges the party of
the second part may incur or be put to in Collecting
the same by foreclosure or suit and to keep the
taxes paid on said property while said money
remain a charge or lien thereon. Any default herein
shall entitle the said party of the second part to
foreclose and collect the whole as past due
