Alexander Coulter To Georgian Collins
              "Mortgage"
This Indenture made 9th day of June AD 1883 between
Alexander Coulter and his wife Sallie M. Coulter
of the State of Florida Alachua County parties
of the first part and Georgian Collins of the
State and County aforesaid of the second part:
Whereas the said Alexander Coulter and Sallie M.
Coulter are justly indebted to Georgian Collins party
of the second part in the sum of Seven Hundred
dollars lawful money of the United States of America
for which said sum of Money is Comanded to be
paid by their promissory note bearing even date
with this Indenture and made payable on the
first day of November AD 188 with interest from
date at the rate of twelve per cent per annum
the parties of the first part reserve the right to pay in
full or in part of said not before maturity thereby
stoping interest on said note. Now this Indenture
witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
the better securing of the payment of said Sum of
money mentioned in the said promissory note and also
for and in Consideration of the sum of one dollar
to us in hand paid by the said party of the sec-
ond part at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged has granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien remise
release Convey Confirm unto the said party of the
Second part and to her heirs and assigns

  and complete satisfaction payment and discharge of
