forever all that tract or parcel of land lying
in Alachua County State of Florida and better
known and described as follows to wit: The South
half of the South West Quarter of Section Twenty
Eight in Township Ten South of Range Twenty one
East Containing Eighty acres of land,"also that
tract and parcel of land described as follows to wit:
Commencing at a stake bearing South fifty degrees
thirty five feet from the NE Corner of Coulterville in
section Twenty Eight Township Ten Range Twenty one
South on East running thence North 52 degrees
East Nine Chains to a stake thence South thirty
two degrees East Eighteen Chains across the Florida
Southern Rail Road to a stake thence South Sixty
three degrees West Ten chains to a stake in
pond thence North twenty Eight and one half
degrees West sixteen Chains to the point of
beginning Containing fifteen acres more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate right title in-
terest dower and right of dower separate estate
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in Equity of the said parties of the
first part of in and to the Same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To Have and to
hold the above granted and described premises unto the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
to her and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever. Provided always and these presents are on
this Express Condishion that if the said Alexander
Coulter and Mrs Sallie M. Coulter their heirs executors
or administrators shall well and truly pay unto the
said party of the second part her heirs executors or
administrators or assigns the said Sum of Money
specified in said Not and interest thereon at the
rate of Twelve per Cent per annum according
to the true intent and meaning of said Note together
with all Cost an charges which the said party of
the second part may incur or be put to in
collecting the Same by foreclosure of Mortgage
that then these presents and the estate hereby granted
shall cease determine and be absolutely null and
void. And the parties of the first part for them-
selves and their heirs or executors and administrators
do covenant and agree to pay unto the said
