said party of the second part may incur or be put
to in Collecting the same by foreclosure.

make myself a party to and executed the fore-
going Mortgage Deed for the purpose of relin-
quishing renouncing all my right and claim
in and to lands in said deed described and
mortgaged and that I did the same freely and
Voluntarily and without any Compulsion fear
or apprehension of or from my said husband

separate and apart from her husband the

make and execute the foregoing acknowledgement
her name being with her own hand subscribed
