     Alachua County   } Whereas I Samuel Abbott (bachelor)
     of Alachua County State of Florida am justly in-
     debted to John W. Hudson and Myron B. French of
     Dane County State of Wisconsin in the Sum of Four
     hundred and fifty dollars which Said Sum of
     money is Covenanted to be paid by three Certain promissory
     notes bearing even date herewith: one for one hundred
     and fifty ($15000} dollars payable on or before the 26th
     day of Sept 1884 with interest from date of Note at
     8 per cent per annum. One for the Sum of One hundred
     and fifty dollars ($150) payable on or before the 26th
     day of September 1885 with interest from the date of note
     at the rate of 8 per cent pr annum payable annually
     One for the Sum of One hundred and fifty dollars
     ($15000) payable on or before the 26th day of September
     1886 with interest from date of note at the rate of 8
     pr cent pr annum payable annually all the above
     notes made payable at H.F. Dutton & Co's Bank in
     Gainsville Florida
     And whereas I am desirous of fully and better Se-
     curing the payment of said notes and the sum of
     money mentioned therein. Therefore know all men
     by these Presents that I Samuel Abbott for and in
     consideration of the premises and of one dollar
     to me in hand paid have granted bargained sold
     and conveyed and by these presents do grant bar-
     gain sell and convey unto the Said John W. Hudson
     and Myron B. French their heirs and assigns

money secured to be paid by this Mortgage
I hereby cancel & discharge the Same from
Record on this 25th day of July AD 1900
