separate and private examination before me taken and
made separately and apart from her said husband acknowl-
edge and declare that she made herself a party to and
executed the Same for the purpose of Mortgaging and of
releasing relinquishing renouncing and Conveying all her
right of dower separate estate and homestead and all her
rights in and to the lands in said deed described and
granted and that she executed the Same freely and voluntarily
and without any Constraint apprehension fear or Compul-
sion of or from her said husband

that we Josiah T. Walls of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and Helen T. Walls his wife
who joins with him in the execution of this instru-
ment and makes herself a party thereto for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing all of her Dower
and right of Dower in and to the property hereinafter
described parties of the first part For and in Con-
sideration of the Sum of Two Thousand dollars good
and lawful money of the United States to the Said
