unto the party of the second part and to his heirs ex-
ecutors administrators successors and assigns - All
of that Certain tract of land situate lying and
being in the County of Alachua State of Florida
within the boundaries of the Arredondo Grant for-
merly Known as the Hein place and then again
as the Ramsey place and having such shape form
and make as will appear by reference to the maps
in Current use of the Arredondo Grant made by
Burr and Washington in Conformity with the
Survey and division of said Arredondo Grant under
the direction of the Commissioners appointed
by the Superior Court of the District of East
Florida at the June term of the AD 1845 and
date at St Augustine Florida on the Ninth day
of February AD 1846 upon which said maps
this land is designated as belonging to D.L.
Clinch said maps being hereby and herein
especially referred to and made part and
parcel hereof Containing one Thousand acres
more or less - Also one other piece or parcel
of land adjoining and contiguous to the said
above described D.L. Clinch land and Known
and described as Fractional Section 34 - Township
10 Range 19, of the Arredondo Grant Con-
taining one hundred and Seventy Four 50/100ths
acres both of said tracts comprising and Com-
posing what is known as the Walls planta-
tion and said plantation Containing in its
entirety Eleven hundred and Seventy four 50/100ths
acres, Saving and excepting however from this
deed of Mortgage the One hundred acres Known
as the Sanders land. Also the Forty Acres
(40) Conveyed to Mrs Burse and the (40) Forty
acres conveyed to J.B. Dill comprising and Con-
taining in the aggregate One hundred and Eighty
acres all of which last mentioned parcels of
land is expressly intended by the partys of the
first part not to include in or cover by this Mort-
gage This Mortgage is hereby made executed
and given for purpose of faithfully securing
the just and full amount of Two Thousand
dollars - This day advanced to Josiah T. Walls
of the first part by the party of the second part
and the said Josiah T. Walls hereby Covenants
and agrees to and with the party of the Second
part that on or before the Ninth day of October
AD 1886 he will promptly pay or cause to be paid
