into on the 1st day of April AD 1882 by and between Laura
L. Dell and John B. Dell her husband of the County and
State aforesaid parties of the first part and S.A. String-
fellow of the same place party of the second part
Witnesseth: - That the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars to them
cash in hand paid as well as for better securing the payment
of a certain promisory note hereinafter set forth have
granted bargained sold and Conveyed and do by these
