Alachua County } Whereas we Jackson Trapp
and Ellen Trapp justly indebted to John R. Bevill
in the sum of Six hundred and forty dollars which
said Sum of Money is Covenanted to be paid by
our three certain promissory notes bearing even date
herewith one for the sum of Two hundred and
thirteen 33/100 dollars due November next and one
for two hundred and thirteen 33/100 Dollars due
November 1884 and one for Two hundred and
thirteen 33/100 Dollars due November 1885.
And whereas we are desirous of fully and better
securing the payment of said notes and the
Sum of money mentioned therein, Therefore Know all
men by these presents that we Jackson Trapp and
Ellen Trapp for and in consideration of the premises
and of the sum of one dollar to us in hand paid
have granted bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto
the said Jno R. Bevill his heirs and assigns all
the following described piece parcel or tract of land
to wit, Commencing at a point where the public
road leading from Newnansville to Ocala where
it entered lane between J.B. Dawkins and Jno R. Bevills
fields running North along the public road four
hundred yards thence East to the section line thence
south four hundred yards to corner of Section Thirty
(30) thence West to publice again in Section Thirty (30)
Township Nine (9) S Range Nineteen (19) Containing
Sixty four acres more or less and I also further
pledge and mortgage all our Crops raised during
the years 1883-1884 and 1885, and two Sorrel Mares
old one about Eight years and the other about
three years old to secure the above described notes
Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
