To have and to hold the Same unto the said
     Jno R. Bevill in fee Simple absolute forever
     Provided however and these presents are upon this
     express consideration that if the said Jackson Trapp
     and Ellen Trapp heirs or assigns shall well and truly
     pay or cause to be paid the Sum of money Covenanted
     to be paid by said notes together with the interest to
     accrue thereon according to the legal tenor thereof
     then this obligation shall become null and void
     else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is
     hereby further agreed and stipulated that the said
     Jackson Trapp and Ellen Trapp will pay all
     expenses costs and attorneys fees which the
     said Jno R. Bevill may be put to in enforcing
     the Collection of the aforesaid Sum of money Coven-
     anted to be paid by said notes by foreclosure
     otherwise.

     Alachua County    }  I hereby Certify that on this 27th
     day of December A.D. 1882 before me personally ap-
     peared Mrs. Ellen Trapp wife of Jackson Trapp
     the grantor in the foregoing Conveyance who being
     first duly questioned and examined by me sepa-
     rate and apart from her said husband says and
     acknowledges before me that she did sign the
     said Conveyance for the purpose of releasing re-
     linquishing and renouncing all of her right of
     Dower in and to the land in said Conveyance
     described and that said relinquishment and re-
     nunciation of Dower was done and made by her
     voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint
     apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
