Section 24 Township 9 Range 18 Also lot 7 of
section 19 Township 8 Range 20 Containing in the
aggregate 1480 acres more or less. To have and to
hold the said bargained premises to the said parties
of the second part their heirs and assigns in fee
simple And the Said party of the first part
hereby warrant the title to said described property
and for themselves and as head of famil wave all
right of Homestead and exemptions in and to said
property or any part thereof under the Homestead or
exemption laws of this State^of Florida^of of the
Constitution thereof. Provided nevertheless that if the
said party W.E. Davies of the first part his heirs ex-
ecutors or administrators shall pay unto the said parties
of the second part their heirs executors administrators
or assigns the amount of a certain promissory note
made by the said party W.E. Davies of the first part
payable to the said party of the second part or
bein dated 22d day of August 1883 and due March
first 1884 for the Sum of Three hundred & Seventy
dollars and Sixty five Cents together with interest after
maturity at 8 per cent per annum and expenses of
Collecting the same then and from thenceforth this
Indenture and the right to the said property thereby
Conveyed as well as the said Promissory Note shall Cease
determine and be void.

hereunto set their hands and affixed their seal the day
