County of Thomas } Be it remembered that on this day
came before me Mrs Mary J. Davies wife of Wm E.
Davies who after an examination by me first had
separate and apart from her husband acknowledged
she Executed the above annexed and foregoing
Deed of Mortgage together with her husband for
the purpose of relinquishing renouncing and for-
ever quit-claiming to the said D. Kellog Baker and
C. Alexander Clark partners under the firm name
and style of Baker & Clark all of her dower or
right of Dower in and to the lands therein set forth
and described that the same was done freely vol-
untarily and without any Compulsion Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
this Twenty second day of August AD 1883.

Joseph Fisher To J.D. Stringfellow

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this 24th day of March AD 1883. Witnesseth
that Joseph Fisher in Consideration of the Sum
of one Dollars already advanced by and now due to
J.D. Stringfellow by him the said Joseph Fisher
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the
further Consideration that the said J.D. Stringfellow
shall and will make such further reasonable am-
ount of advances in provisions merchandise and plan-
tation supplies as may be necessary to enable the said
Joseph Fisher to make harvest and prepare for market
his crops of all kinds during the year AD 1883 such
further advances not to exceed Twenty four dollars and
for the further consideration of one dollar in hand
paid by these presents doth grant bargain sell and
Convey unto the said J.D. Stringfellow and to his heirs
and assigns all the right title interest and Claim
of him the said Joseph Fisher heirs executors and
administrators of in and to all the crops of whatever
