redondo Grant in the Town of Gainesville in Alachua
County state of Florida and particularly described as
Commencing on the North West Corner of section (4) four
in Township (10) S of Range 20 East: thence South to Robe-
adoes corner thence East to the run of Sweet Water Branch
thence along the run of sweet water branch south to with-
in (15) fifteen feet of D.M. Fingers Corner reserving a
roadway to said Branch along D.M. Fingers line distant
100 yards to within (15) feet of Vanlandinghams
Corner or line reserving a roadway to said Branch: thence
up the Branch (15) fifteen feet: thence West to place of be-
ginning = Saving and excepting and reserving that Cer-
tain part or portion of the above described tract of land
which has heretofore been heretofore been Conveyed to
R.L. Wilson and which is described as follows to wit:
Beginning at said North West Corner of said Section (4) four

and (18) Eighteen Links: thence East to run of Sweet Water
Branch: thence up Branch to the section line thence
West along said Section line to point of beginning
containing (4) four acres = more or less. Together with
all and singular the rights tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining. To have and to hold the above described
premises unto her the said party of the second part
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee Simple absolute. Provided nevertheless and these
presents are upon these Conditions that whereas the said
parties of the first part are justly indebted to the party
of the second part in the sum of Three Thousand
dollars for the use and benefit of the separate Estate
and property of the said Laura L. Dell: and whereas
the said parties of the first part have this day made
executed and delivered to the said party of the Second
part their Promissory note bearing even date herewith
for the said sum of Three thousand Dollars bearing
interest at the rate of Ten per Cent per annum from
date payable annually and due Two years from the date
hereof Now therefore if the said parties of the first part
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the
said party of the second part the amount of the said
note and interest thereon then these presents to
become Null and void else to remain of full force
