species kind or description now growing or which may
hereafter at any time in the future be planted grown
or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit in or off of
any and all lands in Alachua County Florida until
the debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid also
the following described property to wit: One black & white
spotted Ox marked 2 splits in right Ear Smooth Crop
in left and one white Cow with read head also one
Calf similar color marked same as ox.
To have and to hold all and singular the Crops lands
and personal property above bargained and sold
unto the said J.D. Stringfellow heirs executors ad-
ministrators and assigns forever. Provided nevertheless
that if the said Joseph Fisher should well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said J.D. String-
fellow the full amount of the advances heretofore
made and hereafter to be made with the Charges
for Commissions and interest on the same then this
obligation to be void else to remain in full force and
virtue. And it is further agreed that all amounts here-
tofore and hereafter advanced are due and payable
upon delivery of the Goods therefor and shall bear
interest accordingly and that this instrument may
be enforced at any time at the option of the said
J.D. Stringfellow. And it is hereby further agreed that
should it become necessary to enforce this instrument
by legal proceedings the said Joseph Fischer will
pay therefor all attorneys fees Charges and expenses
