  Annie E. Hopkins, "Mortgage"

Know all men by these presents, That I A.V. Stewart
and A.C. Miller of Cincinati Hamilton County Ohio
in consideration of One Hundred and Seventy Five ($175)
Dollars to them paid by Annie E. Hopkins of Salem
Ind, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
does hereby grant sell and convey to the said Annie
E. Hopkins her heirs and assigns forever, The foll
-owing described real Estate Viz, all that certain lot
or parcel of land, situate in Alachua County State
of Florida Being the North West quarter of the South
West quarter, of Section Eleven, Town Eight Range
Twenty One East containing Forty acres more or less
being the same premises conveyed by the grantee
herewith the grantors by Deed dated 13th February
Eighteen Hundred and Eighty two and this convey-
-ance is made to secure, unpaid portion of purch
-ase money and all the Estate Title and Interest of
the said A.V. Stewart and A.E. Miller either in law
or in equity of in and to the said premises. Together
with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same
belonging and all the rents issues and profits thereof
  To have and to hold the same to the only proper use
of the said Annie E. Hopkins, her heirs and assigns
forever, And the said A.V. Stewart and A.C.
Miller, for themselves and for their hers executors
and administrators does hereby Covenant with the said
Annie E. Hopkins, her heirs and assigns that they
are the true lawful owners of the said premises
and have full power to convey the same that the title
so conveyed is clear free and unincumbered, And
further that they will warrant and defend the same
against all claim or claims of all persons whomsoever
 Provided Nevertheless That if the said A.V.
Stewart and C.A. Miller shall pay or cause to be
paid a Certain promissory Note of even date here-
-with and payable to the order of Annie E. Hopkins
for the sum of One Hundred and Seventy Five Dol
-lars. Six months after date with Six per cent
interest until paid,
 In Witness Whereof the said A.V. Stewart and
C.A. Miller. have hereunto set their hands and seals
this 13th day of February in the year of our Lord
