of the first part fail or neglect to pay the annual
interest on said note as it becomes due then the said
amount of interest due thereon shall bear interest
at the said rate from the date it becomes due and should it
become necessary to foreclose this Mortgage by legal pro-
ceedings the parties of the first part shall pay all
expenses incurred thereon including reasonable attorneys
