that whereas Morris Pinkney and Ann Pinkney
of the above State and County is indebted to G.D.
Younglove & Son of the same State and County in
the sum of Fifty five 50/100 dollars which said
sum is Covenanted to be paid by our Certain prom=
issory note bearing date August 31st 1883 and for

interest at the rate of one per cent per month
