attorneys or solicitors Services which the said party of
the second part may incur or be put to in Collecting
the said moneys by foreclosure or suit then these
presents  and the estate hereby granted shall cease
determine and be absolutely null and void. And the
said parties of the first part for themselves and
their heirs executors administrators do Coven
ant and agree to pay unto the said party of the second
part his heirs executors administrators or assigns
the said moneys with interest thereon to accrue said
taxes Costs Charges and expenses with said Attorneys or
solicitors charges the party of the second part may
incur or be put to in Collecting the Same by foreclosure
or suit and to keep the taxes paid on said property while
said moneys remain a charge or lien thereon. Any default
herein shall entitle the said party of the second part
to foreclosure this Mortgage and Collect the whole as
past due
