State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made this day
between Benjamin P. Richards Bachelor of the County
& State aforesaid party of the first part and P.F. Wilson
of the same place party of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in Consider-
ation of the sum of one dollar to him in hand paid
as well as for better securing the payment of a Certain
promissory note hereinafter setforth hath granted bargained
sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain
sell convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns all that lot tract or piece
of land situated lying and being in Alachua County
Florida and known and distinguished as: - an undivided
one half interest in that lot of land lying and being
in Section Twenty Two Township Ten Range Nineteen
and more particularly described as follows viz: - com-
mencing at the South West Corner of Section Twenty Two
Township Ten Range Nineteen and running thence North
Twenty nine chains and ten links to a stake the point of
beginning: Thence North along the Section line Forty Chains
to a stake and the margin of Hog Town Prarie: thence Easterly
and Southerly along the margin of said Prarie nine 85/100
chains to a stake at the North West Corner of a lot owned
by Dr J.F. McKinstry: thence South along the line of said Dr 
J.F. McKinstry's lot Thirty four Chains to a stake thence
South Westerly Eleven chains to the point of beginning Con-
taining Thirty four 32/100 acres said lot being further described
as Lot No one (1) of the Survey of the "Patterson Place" recorded
in Deed Book "J" of the records of Alachua County
Florida January AD 1876. Together with all and Singular
the rights tenements and hereditaments thereunto belong-
ing or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold the
above granted and described premises unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs executors ad-
ministrators and assigns forever in fee simple absolute
subject however to a prior Mortgage in favor of Mark
Skinner = Provided Nevertheless and these presents are
upon this Condition that if the said party of the first
part shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid
to the party of the second part or to his order a Certain
promissory note of even date herewith given by the
party of the first part to the party of the second part
for the Sum of Two hundred & Thirty Five Dollars
due Twenty Four months after date together with
the interest thereon according to the tenor and effect

For and in Consideration of the full payment of the sum of money secured to be paid by this
Mortgage we hereby cancel and discharge the Same from record this March 11th 1891.
