that we Sarah Dennis and Leonard G. Dennis her
husband of Gainesville Alachua County Florida hav-
ing received full payment and satisfaction of a Note
of Seven Hundred Dollars given by Hattie L. Sanchez
dated 1st of May 1878 being secured by a Mortgage
upon the following described real estate to wit:
Lot Two (2) Block Three Range Six (6) being Two
hundred feet North and South by one hundred
feet East and West containing one half acre
more or less lying and being in the town of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida said mortgage being recorded
at page 152 of Mortgage Book E of the records of
Alachua and we having received full payment and
Satisfaction of said note do hereby release and
relinquish and cancel said Mortgage and
