of the sale he shall pay all interest accrued to the
day of sale and also the note of five thousand dol-
lars and also the costs and expenses of the sale and
any balance shall be paid to the party of the first
part his heirs and assigns And the party of the first
part may purchase at the sale and deed shall be
made by the party of the second part conveying and
assuring the said lands or such part thereof as may
be sold to the purchaser or purchasers in fee -
It is agreed between the parties hereto that the
party of the first part may on three months notice
to the party of the third part his heirs or assigns
pay up the said note and the the accrued interest
& thereby discharge all said lands from this
incumbrance and said party of the first part
Shall be permitted at any time to sell either
one or all of said pieces of land on the proceeds
or so much thereof as will discharge said note
& interest accrued being paid to the party of the
