each end 5 feet long one 50 inch Solid Saw 70 feet 10 inch
4 ply rubber belt Side File Guage & Guage Roller with all
the fixtures and appurtenances thereto belonging which
I agree to safely keep and use and not remove from -
County of Alachua State of Florida also to keep insured
in the Sum of Twelve Hundred dollars for the benefit of said

upon the same at the expiration of one year from the
above date, return the same to the said The Taylor
Manufacturing Company free of charges and unencumbered;
it being expressly understood that the title to said Engine
Boiler Saw Mill Saw Belt &c shall not pass out of said The
Taylor Manufacturing Company until the full sum herein
after mentioned shall be paid as herein specified, that the
same Shall not become a fixture by being placed in any
Mill or other building or by being annexed in any manner to
the realty; and that the said The Taylor Manufacturing Company
its officers agents or attorneys may at any time enter upon
the premises, upon which said property is located and
take possession of the same upon a violation of any of the
agreements herein contained and that any money already
paid thereon shall be considered as having been paid for
