property shall be paid and may be collected Provided always and
it is expressly understood that if the said C.A. Simmons shall pay
to the said The Taylor Manufacturing Company the sum of Fourteen
Hundred & Eighty eight 44/100 dollars as follows to wit: One draft
at 30 days from June 26th 1883 for $300, one draft at 6 months date
from August 16th 1883 for Five Hundred ninety four 22/100 dollars
and one note at 6 months date from Aug 16th 1883 for Five Hundred
and ninety four 22/100 dollars according to the Condition of one draft
and promissory notes of even date herewith executed by the said
C.A. Simmons and all extensions or renewals thereof or any
part of the same together with any sums which the said
The Taylor Manufacturing Company may have paid for insurance
or taxes upon the said property by reason of the neglect or
failure of the said C.A. Simmons to keep the same
insured or to pay taxes thereon as above provided then The
said The Taylor Manufacturing Company shall execute to
the said C.A. Simmons a bill of sale of said Engine Boiler
Saw Mill Saw Belt &C But it is expressly understood that
the said The Taylor Manufacturing Company neither part with
the title nor do the said C.A. Simmons acquire any title in
said property until said notes and all extensions and
renewals thereof are fully paid
