out of the proceeds of such sale all expenses of advertisement selling and
conveying said premises and twenty dollars Attorneys or Solicitors fees
to be included in the decree and all moneys advanced for taxes assess=
ments and other liens then there shall be paid the principal of

This Indenture made the 18th day of December AD 1883 between George
Wood of__in the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and H.F. Dutton of the ___in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the second part; Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars to me
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien remise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs
and assigns forever all that piece parcel or track of land lying
being and situated in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida described as follows Beginning at the South west corner of the
South East quarter of the North West quarter of Section 7 T9 R21E
