to the interest claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as
equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the same
To Have and to Hold the above granted and described premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
- heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever Provided always and these presents are upon
this condition that if the said party of the first part shall
well and truly pay one certain promissory note bearing even
date herewith given to the said party of the second part and
described as follows. One note payable a month from date
at the rate of ten per cent interest from date, according
to the tenor of said note then these presents shall become void
and the estate hereby granted shall cease and utterly determine

Justice of the Peace Margaret Wood wife of George Wood
who upon an examination by me held separate and apart
from her husband acknowledged that she did make sign seal
and deliver the foregoing deed of mortgage and acknowledgement
freely voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband and that said
conveyance is intended as a renunciation and relinquishment
of all her right of dower in the property thereby conveyed
