Alachua County   } Whereas we Mary A. Reynolds and
her husband Roth Reynolds of the aforesaid State
and County are indebted unto E.G. Younglove of said
State and County by our joint and Several promissory -
notes Six (6) in number, all of them bearing even
dates with these presents, and each of them being for the
Sum of one hundred and fifty ($15000) Dollars and
all of them bearing interest from the 1st day of Febru-
ary AD 1882 at the rate of Eight per Cent per annum
all of said six promissory notes being made payable
to the said E.G. Younglove or bearer the first of said notes
being payable July 1st 1882 the 2nd note being payable
January 1st 1883 the 3rd note being payable July 1st 1883 the
4th note being payable January 1st 1884, the 5th note being
payable July 1st 1884 and the 6th of said notes being pay-
able January 1st 1885 - and whereas each and every of
the said promissory notes made and delivered by us
for the purchase money of the identical property herein-
after described and whereas we are desirous of fully
and entirely securing the payment of the said Several
six(6) promissory - notes which aggregate to the amount
of Nine hundred ($90000) Dollars. Now Therefore know
all men by these presents that we the said Mary A.
Reynolds and Roth Reynolds her husband for and 
in Consideration of the premises and of the said Six
promissory notes so owing by us as aforesaid aggrega-
ting the sum of Nine hundred dollars as aforesaid
have granted bargained sold conveyed and Mortgaged:
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey,
and Mortgage unto him the said E.G. Younglove
all of that certain Lot tract piece or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the Town of
Gainesville in Alachua County State of Florida
