thousand and forty three and 55/100 feet to a Stake then
West two hundred and Eight and 71/100 feet to a Stake on Section
line being West boundary line of said Seventy acre tract, thence
North one thousand forty three and 55/100 feet to the point of
beginning containing five acres of land more or less To have
and to hold the above granted and conveyed premises together
with all and singular the improvements buildings rights title
and interest of the party of the first part to have and to hold the
above granted premises unto the said parties of the second part
their heirs and assigns for their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever. Provided always and these presents are on this express
condition that the said R.M. Johnson her heirs executors or
administrators shall well and truly pay unto the parties of the
second part their heirs executors or administrators shall well
and truly pay unto the parties of the Second part their heirs
executors or administrators or assigns the said sum of money
before mentioned with interest according to the true intent and
meaning hereof together with all costs charges and expenses
including attorney's fees which the said parties of the second
part may incur or be put to in collecting the same by
foreclosure or otherwise and shall comply with all the
requirements of the Mortgage then this obligation to be
void otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
