County of Alachua } all whom it may concern that Martha M. Simmons
to me well known as the wife of C.A. Simmons and as one of the
persons described in and who executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed did
this day to me on a separate and private examination before me taken
and made separately and apart from her said husband acknowledge
and declare that she made herself a party to and executed the
same for the purpose of Releasing Relinquishing and renouncing
all my dower and right of dower in and to the lands in said
conveyance described and granted and that I make this relinqui-
shment and renunciation freely and voluntarily and without any
constraint apprehension fear or compulsion of or from her said
husband the said C.A. Simmons. Witness my hand and seal

"Release of Mortgage"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I
County of Alachua } Augustus Monroe of McMeeking in the
County of Putnam for and in consideration of the receipt
payment and full Satisfaction of certain advances made
by me to Samuel D. Tillman and secured by a
Mortgage dated the 17th day of March AD 1879 and recorded
in the public records of Alachua County in Mortgage Book
"C" on pages 73 and 74 do hereby grant remise convey
release and quit claim unto the said Samuel D.
Tillman all the right title interest claim or demand
whatsoever in through or by the certain indenture or
