  Augustus Monroe To Samuel D. Tillman
          "Release of Mortgage"
State of Florida  } Know all men by these presents that I Augustus
County of Alachua } Monroe of McMeekin in the County of Putnam in
Said State for and in consideration of the receipt of the debt secured
by a certain Mortgage dated the Eighteenth day of May AD 1881 and recorded
in the public records of Said Alachua County in book "F" on pages 466, 456 & 457
do hereby remise release grant bargain convey and quit claim unto
Samuel D. Tillman all the right title interest claim or demand whatsoever
that I have acquired in through or by the within Mortgage deed aforesaid
to the premises therein described and to the note and debt thereby secured
