plan and map of the original Survey of said Town
of Gainesville as Commencing at a point or stake on
the western boundary line of Block No Four (4) of
Range No Two (2) which starting point or stake Stands
Fifty five (55) feet South of the North West Corner
of said Block No Four (4) of Range No Two (2) thence
from said Starting point South along the Western
boundary line of said Block No Four (4) Twenty Five
(25) feet thence East Ninety Two (92) feet, thence North Twenty
Five (25) feet thence West Ninety Two (92) feet to the star-
ting point or place of beginning Containing Twenty Three
hundred (2300) Square feet of land =
Together with all and Singular the tenements, he-
reditaments and appurtenances to the Same belong-
ing or in any wise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same unto him the said E.
G. Younglove and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever.
Provided always nevertheless and this instrument
is executed and delivered upon this expressed con-
dition that if we the said Mary A. Reynolds and Roth
Reynolds her husband or either of us shall and do
well and truly pay the full amount of each one of
the said six (6) promissory notes for the Sum of one
hundred and fifty dollars each which are here-
in before mentioned and described at the times and
dates where they and each of them fall due respec-
tively together with all interest on them and each of 
them to accrue respectively according to their
and each of their respective tenor and effect then this
instrument to become wholly null and void otherwise
to be and remain in full force and virtue
