part his heirs and assigns all that certain tract of land Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: Beginning
at the North East corner of the tract of land heretofore conveyed by
John Haile to John Green And Fifteen Chains and Eighty two links
to a stake. Thence West Forty chains to a Stake thence South Nine
and a half chains to a Stake, thence East Six chains and Thirty
two and a half chains to a Stake, thence South Six chains and
Thirty two and a half links to a Stake thence East Thirty three
Chains and Sixty Eight links to the point of Beginning containing
Fifty Eight and a half acres of land more or less. To Have and to
Hold the above described mortgaged premises unto him the said 
party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns until
the conditions of this mortgage are done and performed Provided
always nevertheless that if the parties of the first part shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid to the party of the
second part or to his heirs or assigns the said promissory note
above mentioned according to its tenor and effect then this
obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue

to the foregoing mortgage for the purpose and with the
intentions therein expressed and with the further intention
of renouncing and relinquishing all of her Dower and right
of Dower in and to the property therein expressed & mentioned
