    Frank Danzy and Wife to Benjamin Rush
                 "Mortgage"
State of Florida } Whereas we Frank Danzy and Luner Danzy
Alachua County   } his wife of said State and County are
Justly indebted to Benjamin Rush of Gainesville in said
County and State in the sum of Two Hundred and Twenty five
dollars which said sum of money is covenanted to be paid by Two (2)
certain promissory notes bearing even date herewith one for the
sum of one Hundred and fifty dollars and one for the sum of Seventy
five dollars payable twelve (12) months from date said notes being
made by Frank Danzy and whereas being desirous of fully and
better securing the payment of said notes and the sum of
money mentioned therein. Therefore know all men by these presents
that we Frank Danzy and Luner Danzy his wife for and in
consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to us in
hand paid have granted bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Benjamin Rush and to his heirs and assigns all the
following described piece parcel or tract of land to wit:
The North East quarter of the North East quarter of Section
Twenty (20) in Township Eleven (11) South of Range Eighteen (18)
East. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To Have
and to Hold the same unto the said Benjamin Rush in
fee simple absolute forever: Provided however and these presents
are upon this express consideration that if the said Frank
