Danzy his heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause
to be paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by said
notes together with the interest to accrue thereon according
to the legal tenor thereof then this obligation shall become
null and void else to remain in full force and virtue;
And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated that the said
Frank Danzy and Luner Danzy his wife will pay all
expenses costs and attorney's fees which the said Benjamin
Rush may be put to in the collection of the aforesaid
sum of money covenanted to be paid by said notes by foreclosure
or otherwise. In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals on this 28th day of November

November AD 1883 before me personally appeared Mrs Luner
Danzy wife of Frank Danzy the grantor in the foregoing
conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the land
in said conveyance described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her voluntar=
ily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband             her
