Second part and to their heirs and assigns the
following described property to wit: - One Black
mare mule named "Kit" and the entire crop of
Corn and Cotton growing or to be grown upon the
"Mitchell Hill place" situated in Alachua County
Florida ^for the year 1882^ on that (35) Thirty Five acres of
land cultivated by "Loney Parret" Together with all & Sin-
ular all and every the title & interest of every character
therein. To have and to hold the above bargained prop-
erty unto the said parties of the second part and to their
heirs and assigns forever free from all incumbrances
of every description Provided always and these presents
are upon this Condition that if the Said party of the
first part shall well and truly pay to the parties of
the second part his certain promissory note of even
date herewith for the Sum of One hundred & Fifty dol
lars on the 1st day of October 1882 with the interest
thereon at maturity according to the tenor & effect thereof
then these presents to be null & void else to remain
of full force & virtue and provided further that should
it become necessary to collect said note & this Mortgage
by law then the party of the first part shall pay
all expenses incurred thereby including reasonable
