County of Clay } whom it may concern that Emma F. Vogelback to
me well known as the wife of A.F. Vogelback and as one of the
persons described in and who executed the forgoing Mortgage
Deed did this day to me on a separate and private examination
before me taken and made separately and apart from her said
husband acknowledge and declare that she made herself a party
to and executed the same for the purpose of Relinquishing her
right of Dower & Homestead in and to the lands in said conveyance
described and granted and that she did, freely and voluntarily
and without any constraint apprehension fear or compulsion of
or from her said husband the said Adolph F. Vogelback

This Indenture made the 15th day of August in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two Between Joseph M. Kitler
and his wife Witthey Kitler both of Alachua County Florida of the first
part and Herman B. Binder of the same State & County of the second
part, Whereas the said Joseph M. Kitler and wife are Justly
indebted to Herman B. Binder of the second part in the sum of
One Hundred and Eighty Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America for goods & provisions furnished us payable
within three years. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for the better securing the
payment of the said sum of money mentioned in the foregoing
part of this instrument and also for and in consideration
