the State of Florida acknowledge and declare that I did
make myself a party to and executed the foregoing Mortgage
deed for the purpose of releasing and relinquishing Dower and
right of Dower in and to the lands in said deed described and
mortgaged and that I made myself a party of my own accord and
without any compulsion or constraint of or from my said husband

that on this 15th day of August AD 1882 personally appeared
before me Thos H. Fletcher a Justice of the Peace of the State
of Florida the above named Welthey Kitler to me well known
as the wife of Joseph M. Kitler and as one of the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed who being
at the time separate and apart from her said husband the
said Joseph M. Kitler did then and there make and execute
the foregoing acknowledgement her name being with her own
hand subscribed and her seal affixed in my presence
