Situated lying and being in Alachua County in the State of
Florida the same being a part of what is Known as the "D.L.
Clinch Grant" of one thousand acres lying within the Arredondo
Grant and which said D.L. Clinch grant of One thousand acres
was heretofore on the 11th day of March AD 1854 conveyed by John
H. McIntosh Clinch as Executor of Duncan L. Clinch deceased
to James W. Harrison by Deed which is recorded at pages
452 and 453 of Deed Book "D" of the public records of Alachua
County Florida, said Two hundred (200) acres of land hereby
mortgaged being more particularly described as follows: to wit
commencing at the South West corner of said D.L. Clinch Grant
of one thousand acres thence East along the Southern boundary
of said D.L. Clinch grant to the South East corner thereof
thence running North a sufficient distance to a point on the
eastern boundary line of said grant from which a line can be
extended West to the Western boundary line of said Grant
and from thence South to the place of beginning so as to
form a parallelogram containing Two Hundred (200) acres of
land whose East line shall be equal to the West line and whose
North line shall be equal to its South line Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining. To Have
and to Hold the same unto him the said Isaac Saunders and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided always nevertheless and this instrument is executed
and delivered upon this expressed condition that if I the
said Josiah T. Walls shall and do well and truly pay or cause
to be paid the full amount of the said promissory note for
the sum of one thousand Dollars at the time it falls due
together with all interest thereon annually to accrue
according to the legal tenor and effect of said promissory
note and shall also pay all reasonable Attorneys costs and
charges for the foreclosure hereof in the event a foreclosure
should become necessary then this instrument to become wholly
null and void Else to be and remain in full force and virtue
